Orbetello. Città lagunare, che ha fatto della pesca, insieme al turismo, le attività dominanti. Il pescato si può apprezzare anche nella sua trasformazione come le anguille sfumate e la bottarga di cefalo. Durante i periodi autunnali, invernali e primaverili, la laguna viene popolata da innumerevoli specie di uccelli acquatici tra i quali citiamo il Cavaliere d’Italia e i fenicotteri rosa.

Orbetello. A lakeside town, whose key activities are  shing and tourism. The catch is delicious even in its transformation into smoked eels and the
grey mullet botargo. During the autumn, winter and spring, the lake is populated by countless species of aquatic birds including the black-winged stilt
and pink amingos.
